Bring rich flavour and aroma to your food with this blend of Pinotage, a hearty South African variety of red wine developed in the Cape in the 1920's, indigenous Cape herbs and garlic to create this outstanding sauce.

Marinate meat or chicken for one hour and grill or roast basting often.
