Korma is a subtly spiced curry and with
the addition of yoghurt and toasted almonds gives a deliciously rich
dish. DIRECTIONS FOR USE (Serves 2) Fry one medium chopped onion in a little butter. Add three chicken breasts cut into pieces and 100g of Korma Paste and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in 200ml plain yoghurt and simmer for a further 10 minutes. Season to taste. Sprinkle over 2 tablespoons of toasted almonds and freshly chopped coriander to garnish. Serve with basmati rice and naan bread. |
