Cape Malay curries are gently spiced and
have a glorious complexity of flavours.
Fry one medium chopped onion.Add 100g Cape Malay Curry Paste. Add 550g lamb or chicken pieces and brown. Add 300ml coconut milk, season and cook covered for 40-45 mins until tender. Sprinkle with chopped coriander as a garnish. Serve with rice and sambals. |
