Peri peri is a unique Portugese African
sauce which hails from the vibrant region of Mozambique. It is an
aromatic blend of lemon, garlic and chilli reflecting the vibrancy and

Serve with steak,
lamb, chicken, kebabs, fish and seafood usually on a bed of rice to
soak up the sauce.

Use as a marinade - simply
add oil and lemon juice and marinade meat overnight - to allow the
flavours to infuse, and use the marinade to baste meat when
grilling.
